At the start of 2024, myHownd transitioned the Kids Skate Free Club into a yearly membership-based system, which has been confusing and at times frustrating for previous KSF pass holders to navigate. We hear you! Below is a step-by-step guide to help walk you through the set-up process!

Kids Skate Free Club lets you pay $4.99 per child to get two FREE ADMISSIONS a week for the WHOLE YEAR!
You will need to purchase an individual membership for each child (12 years old and younger) you want to register at the link above.
This membership will cover the cost of admission for the day, not skate rental, and lowers the price of a playground admission.
When you purchase a membership, a unique one-time code will be shown at the end of purchasing and sent via email for each membership purchased. See attached photo for an example of how to purchase the membership(s). Click for larger image.
Important: When you buy your membership(s), don’t exit the page without taking a screenshot of the unique one-time code(s)! You can find the code(s) at the bottom of the final purchasing page, below the “Thank you, [Your Name]” section and inside the purchase summary.
See attached photo for clarification (the highlighted confirmation number is just an example and cannot be reused, you will receive your own unique codes for each child you register). You need this code to complete the next steps/prove that you have purchased the membership(s).
It’s normal for this code to take a few days to get to your inbox, but don’t forget to check your spam/junk folders for any emails from myHownd or the Roller Skating Association! See attached photo for an example of the email.
Once you have your unique confirmation code(s), Step 1 is complete! (If you’re signing up in the lobby of the rink, now is the point where you can show the staff at the front desk your code(s) and get inside before completing Step 2 at home.) Once you’re ready, click the tab to Step 2!
Now that you’ve bought your membership(s) and gotten your unique confirmation code(s), all that’s left is to sign up to our rink!
You can do this by accessing our specific sign-up page at the link here and by scrolling down to the bottom of the page, where it says “Sign up at this rink”. See attached photo for a clearer view of this link.
You can also access this page by going to https://kidsskatefree.com/, scrolling down to the “Find a Participating Location” section, and typing “Skate World Center” into the search bar.
Keep an eye on the address! We are located at 2563 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, Florida 32308. Make sure you have the right rink!
If you sign up for the wrong rink, you will need to contact Hownd support (more info in the “Troubleshooting” tab). See attached photo for more details.
Once you click the link that says “Sign up at this rink,” and have confirmed that the page is for Skate World Center with the info at the top, just fill out your and your child’s information, putting the unique confirmation code into the “Coupon” slot.
When you want to add another child, just click “Add Another” and repeat the process, making sure to put a NEW unique confirmation code in the “Coupon” slot.
The codes can only be used once, so trying to register multiple kids under the same code will result in an error message.
Once you’re finished, click “Share with Us” at the bottom to submit the information. See attached photo below for more details.
Once you click “Share with Us” and allow to page to reload to the “Thank You” screen, you’re in!
You can access your new passes on the myHownd app (more info in the troubleshooting section) or by just saying your first and last name at the front desk so we can look you up in the system. See attached photo for more details.
You’re officially in the system! If you had any trouble, feel free to click on the “Troubleshooting” tab for solutions and myHownd support contact information.
Don’t see your passes in the myHownd app? Don’t worry, we’ll still accept your Kids Skate Free Club passes!
Your two passes for Kids Skate Free Club reset automatically every Monday (whether you use them or not). This means that new passes often have to wait until the next Monday to show up in the app, so, for example, if you purchased your membership(s) on Tuesday, you may have to wait about a week to see them in the app.
While we understand this can be frustrating, there are two simple solutions while you wait for your passes:
1) Just say your first and last name at the front counter, and we’ll be able to look you up in the main system from there.
We can directly redeem passes even if they haven’t loaded in the app yet. If that doesn’t work…
2) Just show us the screenshot of your confirmation code(s) or show us the email containing said code(s) from the myHownd/the Roller Skating Association. We’ll be happy to accept your passes as valid!
If your passes take longer than a week and a half to load, we reccommend reaching out to myHownd support at [email protected].
They should be able to take care of the issue from there. In the meantime, just keep using either of the two above solutions until your passes load in.

When you bought your memberships, you will have purchased them from this address: 6905 Corporate Drive, Indianapolis,
You still need to register your memberships to our specific rink. If you got stumped here, you just need to go to Step 2 and follow the directions to sign up to our specific rink (Skate World Center).
Registered with the wrong rink?
If you registered with the wrong rink, just email [email protected], explain that you registered to the wrong rink and that you’d like to have your memberships switched to Skate World Center, Inc.
